Starting Point: When Tessa reached out to us, she was struggling with motivation to reach her goals, she’d never had a structured gym routine before and just turned up and used a few machines and did cardio but wasn’t getting the results she wanted, she needed to mix up the workouts. She wasn’t confident in the gym or with her body, she’d calorie counted in the past but struggles with sugar cravings and struggled with accountability and fitting workouts around her busy schedule.

Our Approach: After diving deep into Tessa’s needs, we crafted a tailored strategy that focused on fitting her workouts around work, we designed a program that would get her the results she wanted and give her that structure. We focused on reducing fat tissue through weight/ resistance training with some cardio. And looked at a nutrition approach that allows for results without cutting out her favourite foods, adding protein in to her diet and helping with those sugar cravings.

Results: In just 60 days she’s lost nearly 5kg! gained muscle, built strength and confidence and most importantly enjoys the process. Tessa saw a remarkable transformation. She’s stronger and more confident, and making time for herself.
