I started working with Sophie because the days and times of sessions fitted around my work hours. Small group sessions at SRG Health & Fitness is an affordable way to gain the benefit of a personal trainer and to gain confidence in the gym to improve my strength and fitness.
Before I started working with Sophie I felt unfit overweight and had poor muscle tone.
The biggest concern I had before I started sessions was whether I would actually commit to attending the sessions.
So far, I’ve gained confidence and I’ve gained strength and starting to see my arms and legs to tone up.
My favourite thing about working with Sophie is the number of sessions that are available is a real positive, also Sophie is very encouraging. She gently challenged me to push myself and gives me that encouragement and praise I need & it’s a warm and friendly group set up.
