Rachel went from unfit and overweight to strong and toned

Starting Point: When Natalie reached out to us, she was going on holiday and unhappy with how she looked and how her clothes fit. She has a busy lifestyle juggling work and family so needed to make time for herself. She was also struggling with a frozen shoulder and did’t want to make it worse so was unsure as to what she should be doing exercise wise.

She didn’t quite have the confidence to do it alone and wanted guidance in the gym and with food. She knew it was time to make a change but needed guidance on the best path forward.

Our Approach: After diving deep into Natalie’s needs, we crafted a tailored strategy that focused on fitting her workouts around work and family life, we made sure she built her confidence in the gym and performed exercises with proper technique. We focused on reducing fat tissue through weight/resistance training with some cardio. And looked at a nutrition approach that allows for results without cutting out all her favourite foods making it sustainable.

Results: In just 90 days she’s lost nearly 10kg! gained muscle, built strength and confidence and most importantly enjoys the process. Natalie saw a remarkable transformation. Her frozen shoulder is so much better and she’s able to do so much more, she’s stronger and more confident, and making time for herself.
