Lindsey’s shoulder and back pain are a thing of the past

Rachel went from unfit and overweight to strong and toned

I started working with Sophie, I found her easy to talk to listened and understood what I was looking for. She was genuinely interested in helping me achieve my goals.

Before I started, I had constant aching was always tired and I had back and shoulder pain
The biggest concerns I had before I started my knees hurt my shoulders and my back hurt and I knew you needed to do weight training to protect my joints but was worried about making it worse

So far, I’ve achieved strength and I have greater confidence in the gym and I’ve significantly reduced pain in my back and shoulders

My favourite thing about working with Sophie is how supportive she is and really encouraging and pushes me to progress further
