Rachel went from unfit and overweight to strong and toned

Starting Point: When Jade reached out to us, she was unhappy with how she looked and how her clothes fit. She didn’t quite know where to start or how to get started. They knew it was time to make a change but needed guidance on the best path forward.

Our Approach: After diving deep into Jade’s needs, we crafted a tailored strategy that focused on keeping her accountable, didn’t restrict her food to the point of overwhelm and gave her an exercise program that she enjoyed as well as gets her results. We focused on reducing fat tissue through weight/resistance training with some cardio. And looked at a nutrition approach that allows for results without cutting out all her favourite foods making it sustainable.

Results: In just 90 days she’s lost weight, gained muscle, built strength and confidence and most importantly enjoys the process. Jade saw a remarkable transformation. She’s dropped over 3kg, clothes are getting looser and she’ll be needing smaller ones and she’s feeling so much better about herself.
