Sophie is very personable and friendly and always engaged with everyone either in the class or in the gym itself she has a genuine interest in you as a person and has a wealth of knowledge about fitness and diet. I have knee problems and a fused mid foot and sophie was able to design programs to suit my needs.
But had put weight on in menopause and had lost my motivation completely sophie suggested a strength training program to redirect me and I haven’t looked back since.
In time after I’m feeling motivated after work to train it was always one of my biggest concerns before I started, but sophie help me work round that My strength has l have muscle definition particularly on my back shoulders and arms people comment on my strength which is really nice. I can get back into clothes that were too tight and feel much more confident and happy with my appearance
In sessions you can turn up and not feel like it and within five minutes you’re laughing focused and on it sophie knows each individual person strengths and what they struggle with which is great.
