Supportive, Confidence-Building Coaching – Without Pressure or Intimidation

Ladies-Only Small Group Personal Training

Small Group PT is designed for women who want hands-on coaching, structure, and accountability, while still feeling supported and comfortable in the gym.

These are ladies-only sessions, capped at no more than four women per session, so you get the attention and guidance you need without feeling lost, rushed, or overlooked.

Every session is one hour long and tailored to each individual — even though you’re training in a group. Exercises, loads, and progressions are adapted to suit your goals, experience, and confidence level.

This programme is about more than just the hour you spend in the gym.

Alongside your face-to-face sessions, you’ll also receive:

  • Personalised programming
  • Nutrition guidance
  • Regular check-ins
  • Ongoing support to keep you consistent and on track
  • Sessions run Monday to Friday (mornings and evenings), with an additional Saturday morning option, making it easier to fit training around work, family, and real life.
  • Small Group PT is ideal if you want to:
  • Feel confident training in the gym
  • Build strength safely and progressively
  • Stop starting over and stay consistent
  • Have structure without pressure
  • Train in a supportive, welcoming environment
  • You don’t need to feel confident to start.
  • Confidence is built by showing up — with the right support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this suitable if I’m new to the gym or not very confident?

Yes — absolutely. Small Group PT is designed to build confidence. You don’t need to feel confident to start. Every session is coached, supported, and tailored to your ability, so you’re never left feeling out of place or unsure what to do.

How many people are in each session?

Sessions are capped at a maximum of four ladies. This ensures you get proper coaching, attention, and support, while still benefiting from training in a small, friendly group.

Are the sessions tailored to me even though it’s a group?

Yes. Although you’re training alongside others, every programme is adapted to your individual goals, experience, and confidence level. You’re never expected to keep up with anyone else.

How long are the sessions?

Each session lasts one hour and includes a full warm-up, coached training, and guidance throughout.

Where and when do sessions run?

Sessions run Monday to Friday (mornings and evenings), with an additional Saturday morning option. This flexibility makes it easier to fit training around work, family, and real life.

Do I get support outside of the gym as well?

Yes. Small Group PT includes nutrition guidance and regular check-ins outside of your gym sessions, so you’re supported beyond just the hour you train.

What if I’ve tried PT or group classes before and it didn’t work?

That’s very common. This isn’t a bootcamp or a generic class. Small Group PT focuses on coaching, confidence, and consistency — not pushing you beyond your limits or expecting perfection.

Do I need to be ‘fit’ before starting?

No. You start exactly where you are. Strength, fitness, and confidence are built through the process — not required beforehand.

What if my schedule changes or I miss a session?

Life happens. Communication is key. As long as you let me know in advance, we’ll always aim to handle things fairly and sensibly.

How long do I need to commit for?

Small Group PT is structured to encourage consistency, as that’s where results come from. We’ll discuss the best option for you when you enquire, so you’re clear and comfortable before starting.

How do I know if Small Group PT is right for me?

If you want hands-on coaching, gym confidence, structure, and accountability — without pressure or intimidation — Small Group PT is likely a great fit.

If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to get in touch and chat it through first.

How do I get started?

Simply get in touch using the enquiry form or message me directly. I’ll ask a few questions about your goals to make sure it’s the right fit and talk you through the next steps.
