About Me

Origin Story

I know what it’s like to feel stuck.
At my heaviest, I was a size 24, working for Royal Mail, and avoiding mirrors. My mental health was at rock bottom, my confidence was gone, and even walking too slowly at work made people avoid partnering with me. I felt invisible, unworthy, and broken.

I’d been bullied as a kid for my size, and that pain followed me into adulthood. One day, I saw a photo of myself and didn’t even recognise the woman looking back. That was my turning point.

The gym terrified me, so I started small — in my kitchen, with a pair of dumbbells and an adjustable barbell. I did home workouts for 12 months, lost my first two stone, and slowly built the confidence to join a gym. I hired a personal trainer, discovered a love for strength training, and even entered a novice powerlifting competition just to prove to myself that I could.

One of my trainers asked if I’d ever thought about becoming a PT. I hadn’t — but I realised I was spending every spare moment learning about training and nutrition, experimenting on myself, and helping friends. It was more than a hobby. So, I took the leap, got certified, and started helping other women find their strength too.

Now, I’ve worked with hundreds of women over 30 who’ve felt exactly how I once did — overwhelmed, unsure, and lacking confidence. I help them rebuild belief in themselves through movement, mindset, and real-world support.

More About Me

What I Believe

  • You’re not broken — you just haven’t had the right plan or support.
  • Weight loss and confidence aren’t about punishment — they’re about empowerment.
  • You don’t need to “fit in” to gym culture to become strong and confident.
  • Small, consistent steps beat perfect plans every time.*It’s never “too late” to transform your life.

What I Stand Against

  • Toxic diet culture that shames instead of supports.
  • Fitness spaces that intimidate or exclude women over 30.
  • “All-or-nothing” mindsets and quick-fix plans.
  • The myth that you’re “too old” or “too far gone” to change.

Why People Work With Me

  • I’m real — no filters, no fluff. I’ve been where you are, and I get it. I’ll cheer you on and hold you accountable. I create a safe, judgment-free space where women lift each other up (sometimes literally). I make fitness feel approachable, not overwhelming, and I’m proof that slow, steady, and supported wins every time.

You’re not stuck — you’ve just never had the right support. That’s what I’m here for.
